Features
- The strip heater is an electrically and mechanically robust heater which is obtained by uniformly winding a fine quality nichrome ribbon shaped element on heat-resistant mica, further insulating it with mica, covering it with a metal plate, and pressure-bonding it with pressing machine.

Precautions for use
- The watt density of this product is for reference only.
- The exterior of this product uses bonded steel plates, so please adjust the temperature to keep the maximum temperature on the heater surface below 300℃.
If the temperature on the heater surface exceeds 400℃, the zinc plating of the bonded steel plate may deteriorate due to heat, which may cause rusting of the underlying steel. - If you wish to use under the following conditions, please consult our sales representative.
①Use at high temperature such that the heater glows red.
②Use in sealed condition.
